  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed via Bkash/Nagad/Bank Transfer within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
